RemoteNow provides the environment, accommodation, food, local programme, logistics and ground operation. Professional facilitation can be added separately if required.

Why This Retreat?

Private use of the whole retreat.

The entire RemoteNow complex is reserved exclusively for one team.  Accommodation, workspaces, saunas, dining areas, the lake and forest are all part of the same private environment. There are no other groups on site and no need to move between hotels, meeting rooms and activities.

Dark water & sauna

RemoteNow sits beside a naturally dark lake surrounded by forest. Wild swimming and wood-fired sauna are part of the rhythm of the retreat and create natural pauses between work sessions. They also create space for the conversations that rarely happen in meeting rooms.

Spaces for focused work

The retreat includes dedicated work and breakout spaces with:

  • fireplace and lounge seating;
  • a 7.5-metre whiteboard wall;
  • high-speed internet;
  • 4K projector and 2 m screen;
  • Sony sound system;
  • Kandao 360° conference camera.

The environment supports both focused in-person work and hybrid sessions when required.

One South Estonia experience

One guided excursion or local experience is included in the retreat. Depending on the season and programme, this may include experiences in Setomaa, Emajõe-Suursoo, Onion Route or traditional smoke sauna culture. The purpose is not to fill the schedule with sightseeing, but to give the team one strong experience outside the retreat environment.

Accommodation

All four nights are spent at RemoteNow Club, a private retreat beside a lake in South Estonia. The complex accommodates a maximum of 15 guests. This is experience accommodation rather than a conventional hotel. Sleeping spaces, work areas, dining spaces and sauna facilities are distributed across the private lakeside complex. This allows the team to move naturally between work, meals, forest, lake and sauna throughout the stay.  Full board is included, with meals based on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased separately.

The itinerary below shows one possible version of the retreat. The balance between work sessions, local experiences, nature and downtime can be adapted to the team’s objectives.

Day 1 – Arrive & Disconnect

Day 3 – Change the Perspective

  • Morning nature time, swim or walk.

RemoteNow has more than 20 years of experience in strategic advisory and creativity training, but facilitation is always an optional service, not a required part of the retreat.
